1. Who we are.
These terms apply to cortexialab.com and the AI assessment provided by Cortexia Lab.
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
2. The assessment.
The AI assessment costs $999 (promotional price; list price $2,500), paid in advance by card through Whop or by Whish. It includes a discovery call, our analysis of where AI can take on work in your business, a written report with a practical plan, and a review call. Any build after the assessment is optional and is scoped and priced in a separate proposal you can accept or decline.
3. Booking.
After payment is confirmed, you choose a call time. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
4. What you provide.
You agree to share accurate information and only information you have the right to share. You stay in control of your accounts and data.
5. Approvals.
Nothing is sent, published or purchased on your behalf without your approval.
6. No guarantees.
The report gives recommendations based on what you share. Results depend on your business, your team and how recommendations are carried out, and we don't guarantee specific outcomes. Tool prices in the report come from vendors and can change.
7. Third-party examples.
Case studies on this site describe other providers' work. They are not Cortexia Lab client results.
8. Your report.
The report is for your business's use. We keep the right to reuse our general methods and templates.
9. Refunds.
You can get a full refund until your discovery call starts. See our Refund Policy.
10. Liability.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for the assessment is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
