Who we are.

This site and the AI assessment are provided by Cortexia Lab ("we"). For privacy questions, contact nizar@cortexialab.com.

What we collect.

• Details you give us: name, email, business name, and what you share during your assessment calls and by email.
• Payment confirmation from our payment providers (Whop for card payments, Whish). We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Booking details from Calendly when you schedule a call.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider (Vercel) records, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it.

To deliver your assessment, schedule and run calls, prepare your report, process payment, reply to you, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell your information.

Your business information.

We use what you share only to deliver your assessment and any work you later agree to. You decide what we can access. AI tools may help us analyse it; we do not use it to advertise to anyone.

Who we share it with.

Only the service providers we need to run the service (payment, scheduling, email, hosting and the AI tools used in your assessment), or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it.

For as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal and accounting obligations, then we delete it.

Your choices.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you: email nizar@cortexialab.com.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States.
