Refund Policy

Who this applies to.

This policy covers the $999 AI assessment sold by Cortexia Lab.

Before your discovery call:

cancel any time before your discovery call starts and we refund the full $999.

After your discovery call has started:

the assessment is non-refundable, because the work has begun.

Rescheduling:

you can move your call once at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice.

If we can't deliver:

if we cancel or can't deliver the assessment, we refund you in full.

How to ask:

email nizar@cortexialab.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method (card via Whop, or Whish) within 10 business days.

Governing law.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States.
